MEET THE DOCTORS
Timothy Chips, D.M.D.
He also has an extensive continuing education resume having taken courses in minimally invasive dental care, preventive care in the aging adult, cosmetic dentistry, smile design, rotary endodontics, orthodontics, Invisalign, surgical dental implantology, guided bone regeneration, immediate implant placement, socket preservation, 3D guided surgery techniques, full mouth rehabilitation, and many others. Additionally he is a lecturer at Morristown Medical Center where he helps budding practitioners learn about the dental profession.
He is a member of the ADA, PDA, Western PA Dental Society, the AGD, PAGP, and is an Associate Fellow in the AAID. Dr. Tim is heavily involved in the AAID serving on the Editorial Board.

John Chips, D.D.S.
Dr. John and his wife, Mary Beth, have four sons and eleven grandchildren. He gives back to the community by volunteering with the Rich-Mar Rotary, of which he has been an active member for the past 35 years. He also has participated with Donated Dental Services since the 1980’s. Dr. John has been active in the Boy Scouts of America and was the leader of many high adventure trips involving backpacking and canoeing. He is an Eagle Scout as are all of his four sons. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, fishing, camping and skiing.

Dr. Lutfiie
Dr. Lutfiie Abliaieva graduated from dental school in Crimea, Ukraine in 2012. She worked as a general dentist in an underserved area of Crimea for 3 years before moving to the United States. She completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Lutfiie Abliaieva is a member of the American Dental Association and Pennsylvania Academy of General Dentistry. She is passionate about Dentistry and believes in a patient centered care approach.

Dr. Silvia M. Dunn
Dr. Silvia M. Dunn was born and raised in Germany. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry at Chatham College where she was rewarded a scholarship for excellence in academic achievement.
She went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. While there, her achievements were recognized with the R. Zugsmith Award for meritorious academic and clinical achievements, the Organization of Teachers Award for excellence in oral diagnosis, the All-American Scholar Award for outstanding academic achievements, and the Dean's List Award.
She has been practicing in private practice for 20 years and she also holds and enjoys a teaching position as Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Dunn is passionate about prioritizing patient comfort, using a personalized approach to ensure a positive dental experience. She believes dental anxiety doesn't have to hold you back from maintaining good oral health.
Dr. Dunn enjoys gardening and resides in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh.
